The glass appears in Holmegaard's catalogue from 1853, as "Hyacinth glass No. 7". It has beautiful empire decoration in gold and gold edges. It is mouth blown, has a nice ring base and a flared rim. The glass has a little glass sickness hard to show in a picture. The gold is in good condition, with some expected wear.
